August Schedule and Registration available 7/19!

Some highlights: 

Inclusive Gentle Yoga & Sound, Junk Journal Journeys, Drop in sewing and crafts, Grassroots Advertising and Marketing, Beginner Sewing Machine Skills...Chair yoga is BACK and expect a pop up restorative class or two.  

In September we are launching Art Class for Adults, Yoga Book Club (quarterly), a Reiki Share, our very first Reiki I training workshop (by donation, limited space), and the start of our Intro to Yoga series (perfect for those new to yoga, or those who have stepped away and want to reconnect with their practice). 

 Reach out directly if you need some information in the meantime. All class registrations are now handled via email or directly with the instructor hosting the class. I will provide the best possible contact information for our collaborators and for registration. 

We have a variety of items including jewelry, handmade fidget toys, gift tags, lip balms, glycerites, skincare, and more being added all season long!
